    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead financial modelling and investment analysis for new deal opportunities
    • Conduct commercial due diligence on B2B software targets
    • Support portfolio company management teams on strategic initiatives
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of proprietary deal opportunities

    Requirements

    • 2-4 years in investment banking, private equity, or growth equity
    • Strong financial modelling skills with LBO and growth model experience
    • Genuine interest in B2B software and technology investing
    • CFA or MBA from a leading institution preferred
