Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial modelling and investment analysis for new deal opportunities
- Conduct commercial due diligence on B2B software targets
- Support portfolio company management teams on strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain a pipeline of proprietary deal opportunities
Requirements
- 2-4 years in investment banking, private equity, or growth equity
- Strong financial modelling skills with LBO and growth model experience
- Genuine interest in B2B software and technology investing
- CFA or MBA from a leading institution preferred
