Our services include the identification, assessment, and placement of investment professionals at every level, from Analysts and Associates to Vice Presidents, Principals, and Partners.
3. Client Obligations
Clients engaging our services agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding their hiring requirements. Clients shall not directly contact candidates introduced by Emrys Howell without our involvement during the engagement period.
4. Candidate Obligations
Candidates agree to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their qualifications, experience, and employment history. Any misrepresentation may result in the termination of our services and withdrawal of candidacy.
5. Fees and Payment
Our fee structure is agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of each engagement. Fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year total or base compensation. Payment terms are outlined in individual engagement agreements.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during the search process is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client or candidate information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Emrys Howell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
