    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage analyst teams and oversee financial modelling output
    • Run day-to-day deal processes including buyer and seller engagement
    • Draft information memoranda, management presentations, and board materials
    • Build and maintain client relationships alongside senior directors

    Requirements

    • MBA or relevant graduate degree from a leading institution
    • 3-5 years of investment banking experience at a recognised firm
    • Demonstrated deal execution experience across M&A or ECM
    • Exceptional communication and project management skills
