    Key Responsibilities

    • Originate and execute sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates
    • Manage and mentor teams of associates and analysts
    • Lead client pitches and negotiate engagement terms
    • Serve as day-to-day senior contact for PE sponsor clients

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of investment banking experience with a strong deal track record
    • Established relationships with private equity sponsors
    • Deep sector knowledge in at least one core vertical
    • CFA or MBA from a top-10 programme preferred
