Key Responsibilities
- Originate and execute sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates
- Manage and mentor teams of associates and analysts
- Lead client pitches and negotiate engagement terms
- Serve as day-to-day senior contact for PE sponsor clients
Requirements
- 7+ years of investment banking experience with a strong deal track record
- Established relationships with private equity sponsors
- Deep sector knowledge in at least one core vertical
- CFA or MBA from a top-10 programme preferred
