Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial and commercial due diligence
- Build LBO and operating models to assess investment returns and structure
- Work with portfolio company management on value creation initiatives
- Monitor performance and prepare materials for the investment committee
Requirements
- 2-4 years in investment banking or private equity
- Prior deal experience in industrials, manufacturing, or business services preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a lean, high-autonomy environment
