    Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial and commercial due diligence
    • Build complex LBO models and return analyses for the investment committee
    • Work directly with portfolio company management on value creation initiatives
    • Monitor portfolio performance and prepare quarterly board materials

    Requirements

    • 2-4 years in investment banking, consulting, or private equity
    • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
    • Genuine interest in private equity and operational value creation
    • Sector exposure to healthcare, technology, or business services preferred
