    • Present investment theses and recommendations to the partnership

    Requirements

    • 4-6 years of PE experience at a reputable fund
    • Proven deal track record across multiple completed transactions
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage junior team members
    • Experience in consumer, business services, or industrials sectors
