Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial modelling and due diligence processes for new platform and add-on acquisitions
- Manage deal team workflows including advisor coordination and management engagement
- Drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives at portfolio companies
- Present investment updates and recommendations to the partnership
Requirements
- 4-6 years of private equity experience with a track record of completed transactions
- Deep expertise in manufacturing, industrials, or related sectors
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage junior team members
- Proven track record of working directly with management teams
